These Terms and Conditions govern your membership with Felt Members Club ("Felt", "we", "us"), operated by Felt Members Club Ltd. By applying for and activating a membership, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before applying.
Felt offers three membership tiers:
All fees are annual and in US Dollars. Membership fees are due in full upon activation. Founding member pricing is available for a limited period and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Submission of an application does not guarantee membership. Felt reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion, particularly for Inner Circle tier. Accepted applicants will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of application. Membership is non-transferable.
Founding members benefit from a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of first membership activation. If, within that period, Felt has failed to provide access to the core membership commitments (member directory, community channel, concierge response within stated SLAs), you may request a full refund by writing to [email protected].
After the 30-day guarantee period, membership fees are non-refundable. Annual memberships are not pro-rated upon cancellation.
Felt acts as an intermediary connecting members with third-party service providers including hotels, visa agencies, transport companies, aviation brokers and experience operators. While Felt carefully selects and vets its partners, we are not responsible for the actions, omissions or quality of third-party services once a booking or referral has been made.
Felt does not hold a travel agency licence and does not sell travel products directly. Hotel bookings, transfers and experiences are facilitated through licensed partner operators. Visa and legal services are provided by licensed UAE professionals. Financial and tax advice is provided by qualified UAE advisers.
Access to empty leg flight opportunities is provided on an availability basis through Felt's vetted aviation broker network. Felt does not guarantee availability, pricing or routing of any specific empty leg. Bookings are made directly between the member and the aviation broker. Felt receives a referral fee for introductions.
Members agree to conduct themselves with respect towards other members, Felt staff and partner representatives. Felt reserves the right to terminate any membership, with immediate effect and without refund, in cases of:
Member directory information — including names, nationalities, travel dates and contact details — is private and exclusively for use within the Felt community. Members agree not to share, export or use this information for any commercial purpose outside of direct personal connection with fellow members.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felt's total liability to any member shall not exceed the annual membership fee paid in the preceding 12 months. Felt is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, Dubai.
Felt may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
